What manufacturing processes have our pipes undergone?

Alloy 600 seamless pipes are typically produced from nickel alloy round billets. These are pierced to form a hollow shell, which is then cold-rolled to precisely adjust the outer diameter and wall thickness. The cold-rolling process enhances dimensional consistency, ensuring stable specifications for the finished product.

Following cold working, the pipes undergo annealing, straightening, and pickling. Annealing restores the material's properties after processing, while pickling removes surface oxide layers. Finally, the pipes are cut to length, marked, and subjected to final inspection to verify that dimensions, appearance, and surface conditions meet order specifications.

Upon arrival, raw materials are verified against the Material Test Certificate (MTC), material grade, and specifications. PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing is conducted per order requirements to confirm the Alloy 600 material matches procurement specifications.
