--Superior Corrosion Resistance, High-Temperature Performance
Hastelloy C276/C22 Welded Pipe offers unmatched resistance to pitting, crevice, and intergranular corrosion, making it ideal for harsh environments in the chemical, petrochemical, and offshore industries. With high levels of nickel, molybdenum, and chromium, these pipes maintain strength and stability at elevated temperatures.
Hastelloy C276 and C22 are two nickel-based alloys with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, widely used in harsh corrosive environments.Hastelloy C276/C22 Welded Pipe has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and intergranular corrosion and is the ideal choice for dealing with harsh working environments, particularly in the chemical, petrochemical and offshore industries. Hastelloy C276/C22 Welded Pipe has excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Beneficial properties
Hastelloy C276 Welded Pipe consists of high levels of nickel, molybdenum and chromium with a small amount of tungsten to enhance its corrosion resistance in oxidising and reducing environments.Hastelloy C22 has improved oxidation resistance and a wider range of corrosion resistance because the chromium content of Hastelloy C22 has been added to that of C276. Hastelloy C276/C22 welded tube performs well in a wide range of corrosive environments with excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining mechanical strength and chemical stability at elevated temperatures with high temperature stability.
