What Makes TP321 So Resistant to Corrosion?
TP321 and the high-carbon variant 321H feature exceptional high-temperature mechanical properties due to the addition of titanium (Ti) as a stabilizer. They effectively suppress chromium carbide precipitation within the sensitization range of 427°C–816°C, thereby demonstrating excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and high-temperature creep strength. Welded tubes supplied by MTSCO remain free of perforations and leaks even under long-term exposure to high-temperature acid and alkali washout environments, ensuring the long-term, trouble-free operation of the entire heat exchange system.

· Secondary Raw Material Inspection: High-quality steel coils are strictly sourced from leading steel mills such as TSINGSHAN. Upon arrival, the MTSCO quality inspection team conducts 100% PMI spectral re-testing and verifies the original manufacturer’s certificate of quality (MTC) to ensure full compliance with material chemical composition requirements.
· Full-process traceability: Precision dimensional monitoring is performed throughout the tube bending and forming processes using CNC equipment. On-site quality control personnel document and record key manufacturing parameters for every batch at all critical process stages, strictly controlling finished product tolerances.
· 100% non-destructive testing prior to shipment: All U-shaped tubes must pass 100% eddy current testing (ET) and X-ray inspection before delivery to comprehensively verify the pressure integrity of the tubing and ensure zero-defect products upon arrival at the site.
