Our control line diameters range from 3.18mm (0.125") to 38.1mm(11/2"), and we
can provide welded coiled tubing up to 10000 meters in length without butt welds
Strict stress testing
All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing, with a
conventional testing pressure of 40MPa and a maximum of 100MPa. (Note: The
standard test pressure for seamless pipes is 7MPa, and our welded coiled tubing test
pressure is much higher than the seamless pipe pressure test standard)
