Inspection Methods——Eddy Current Test

For precision pressure-bearing welded tubes, the accurate detection of even minute defects is critical. In addition to standard PMI test and ultrasonic flaw detection, we strictly implement 100% online Eddy Current Testing (ET) to precisely identify extremely minute longitudinal cracks and potential porosity risks within the tubing. Furthermore, all finished MTSCO products must successfully pass a hydraulic test prior to shipment. Through this robust, closed-loop non-destructive testing system, we ensure that every single TP316L welded tube possesses impeccable pressure-bearing integrity.
