Factory Introduction

The factory covers an area of about 7,000 square meters with a monthly production capacity of 200 tons, primarily producing butt weld fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, caps, stub ends, and crosses.

The facility is equipped with key machinery—including CNC lathes, automatic laser cutting machines, 1,000-ton hydraulic presses, and elbow mandrel forming machines—and possesses in-house laboratory testing capabilities. Through years of technical upgrades, Hongdi has established mature processes for forming, heat treatment, surface treatment, dimensional inspection, and packaging/shipping, ensuring we meet customer delivery requirements.

How are butt weld fittings manufactured?

The manufacturing of Alloy 825 butt weld fittings encompasses the entire process: raw material re-inspection, cutting, forming, heat treatment, end beveling, surface treatment, dimensional inspection, and final packaging. We precisely match the most suitable forming process to the product's geometry, dimensions, and wall thickness, ensuring structural integrity right from the source.

Material Properties of Alloy 825 Nickel Alloy

Alloy 825 (UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing molybdenum, copper, and titanium. Nickel and chromium provide excellent overall corrosion resistance; molybdenum enhances resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion; copper improves corrosion resistance in reducing acidic media; and titanium helps stabilize the material structure, reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion.
