How Are Flawless Flanges Made?

Nickel alloy forged flanges typically undergo a series of processes: raw material re-inspection, cutting/blanking, forging, solution treatment, machining, drilling, marking, inspection, and packaging. Forging shapes the flange blank, solution treatment optimizes the material's microstructure, and subsequent CNC machining ensures precise control over sealing surfaces, bolt holes, and connection dimensions.

Yongheng Steel's flange production is executed according to order schedules and process cards. Quality Control (QC) personnel inspect and photograph key process steps to facilitate future traceability for the customer.
