TP904L is an ultra-low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in strong oxidizing acid (such as sulfuric acid) environment. Due to the addition of high content of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and copper elements, TP904L welded pipe is not only resistant to intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion, but also has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. The material has good welding performance and is suitable for a variety of welding processes, and no heat treatment is required after welding. TP904L welded pipe is widely used in petrochemical, marine engineering, fertilizer production, acid production equipment, pharmaceutical and other industries, especially suitable for working conditions with extremely high requirements for corrosion resistance.

Quality Control Methods
Strictly control the quality of raw materials
The raw materials come from large steel mills such as Baosteel, Qingshan, TISCO, and Dongfang Special Steel. MTC and PMI reports are required for each batch. PMI inspection is carried out again after arrival at the factory to double confirm the accuracy of the material and ensure the quality of the source.
Automated welding and full-process traceability management
The product is formed by rolling and bending, and adopts PAW + GTAW fully automatic welding process, and the weld is full and stable. The upgraded process solves the problem of out-of-round welds of large-diameter thick-walled pipes, and the 12-meter annealing furnace improves the annealing quality. The entire production process is monitored by the engineering and technical team and quality inspection personnel, and supporting process cards and image archives to ensure that every detail is traceable.
Comprehensive inspection before delivery
All finished products must pass routine inspections such as appearance, PMI, and size before shipment, and undergo comprehensive inspections such as mechanical properties, hardness, water pressure, UT, ET, and 100% X-ray inspection. We also accept quality verification by third-party testing agencies such as SGS, TUV, and BV to ensure customer confidence in use.
