Coiled tubing can still work stably under high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media conditions. Thanks to its continuous structure that reduces the connection points, it is also annealed, cold drawn, and other process treatments during the production process, giving it good strength and toughness.
Coils made of N08825 nickel-based alloy (i.e. Alloy 825) are particularly suitable for extreme environments. This material is based on nickel, iron, chromium, and added with elements such as molybdenum and copper. It has excellent resistance to chloride ion corrosion, stress corrosion and acid corrosion, and is widely used in key areas such as offshore platforms, acidic oil and gas wells, and chemical injection systems.
MTSCO's Siri Tubing focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of welded coils, capillaries, control pipelines, and multi-core tubes, and has production qualifications in accordance with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and DIN. A batch of ASTM B704 N08825 welded coils delivered recently, with specifications of 12.7×1.65mm and a single coil length of 4,200 meters, was well received by customers.

The welded coils we produce can be up to 33,000 feet long, and a variety of plastic coating materials (such as PVDF, HDPE, etc.) can be selected to adapt to seabed, underground, and chemical corrosion environments. In terms of raw materials, we strictly select high-quality steel mill resources such as POSCO, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, and implement secondary PMI testing and MTC audits to ensure the accuracy of materials.
From welding, cold drawing, annealing to plastic sealing, each process is strictly monitored by a senior engineering team and QC personnel, and process cards are used to ensure the traceability of the entire process. Each coil is 100% hydraulically tested (up to 100MPa) and UT, ET, HT and other flaw detection tests, and supports inspections by third-party organizations such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
