Manufacturing Process Flow
These welded pipes are produced using a combination of Roll Bending & Forming (RBE) and CNC bending technologies. Welding is executed via a fully automated PAW+GTAW process, resulting in full, stable, and high-integrity weld seams. Subsequently, the pipe bodies undergo a complete solution annealing treatment and acid pickling-passivation process within a 12-meter annealing furnace. To address the common challenge of deformation in large-diameter pipes, MTSCO has upgraded its traditional forming processes; this enhancement ensures that every large-diameter welded pipe we deliver exhibits exceptional roundness and a uniform metallurgical structure.
