Production processes—such as forging, heat treatment, and drilling—are monitored via process cards. Quality Control (QC) personnel document key stages with photographs.
·Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before shipment, we typically inspect appearance, dimensions, sealing surfaces, bolt holes, markings, and packaging integrity. Depending on project requirements, we can also arrange for PMI, PT, UT, mechanical property testing, chemical composition analysis, and third-party inspections by agencies such as SGS, TÜV, or BV.
