About MTSCO
Established in 2006, MTSCO is a service provider specializing in Corrosion-Resistant Alloy (CRA) piping systems designed for extreme corrosion and high-pressure environments. Our core business encompasses industrial piping, fittings, and flanges.
We hold multiple authoritative international certifications—including ISO, PED, and M650—and maintain comprehensive quality management across the entire production lifecycle, from raw materials to finished products. Backed by a professional sales team of 50, we have successfully delivered orders for major global projects in the oil and gas, shipbuilding, and nuclear power sectors over the past two decades.
Choose MTSCO and let us handle the complexities of cross-border supply chain coordination; we ensure "zero-defect" delivery while significantly reducing risks associated with procurement communication and interface disputes.
How our flanges are manufactured?
MTSCO strictly adheres to standardized forging and precision machining processes. Three key production steps include:
· Forging: After heating, qualified raw materials are forged using methods tailored to specific flange structures and dimensions, resulting in a more uniform internal microstructure.
· Solid Solution Heat Treatment: Forged flanges undergo high-temperature solid solution annealing followed by rapid quenching to completely eliminate internal residual stresses and ensure a stable, uniform microstructure.
· CNC Precision Machining: High-speed CNC machine tools are used for precision turning to ensure strict dimensional accuracy and to machine high-pressure-resistant sealing surface "water lines" (serrations).

Inspection Methods: Penetrant Testing (PT)
PT (Penetrant Testing) is a non-destructive testing method used to detect surface-breaking defects. It is primarily employed to identify surface flaws—such as cracks and porosity—that are difficult to detect with the naked eye.
During the process, a penetrant enters minute surface defects; after cleaning and developing, the defect locations are revealed through distinct indications. For nickel alloy flanges, PT is commonly used to inspect sealing surfaces, weld bevels, and machined areas to verify the condition of the product surface.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is a non-destructive testing method that utilizes high-frequency sound waves to examine the internal condition of materials. By analyzing the reflection signals generated as sound waves propagate through the material, internal cracks, inclusions, or other discontinuities can be detected.
MTSCO can arrange UT inspections in accordance with product standards and customer requirements, and provide the corresponding inspection records.

FAQ
Q1: We cannot visit the factory in China in person; do you support remote factory tours or online inspections?
A1: We certainly do. To address the challenges of on-site inspections for cross-border procurement, we have launched an online VR factory tour feature. Customers can conduct remote factory audits and supply chain evaluations without leaving their offices.
Q2: How do you protect the sealing surfaces of your flanges from damage during sea transport?
A2: Custom plastic protective caps are fitted to the functional sealing surfaces of the flanges, which are then securely wrapped in individual bubble bags. For the exterior, we use moisture-proof packaging in high-strength plywood crates to prevent scratches from impact and damage caused by mold.
Q3: Can third-party inspections be arranged?
A3: Certainly. We fully support on-site inspections by authoritative third-party agencies such as SGS, TUV, and BV prior to shipment. Our QC team will actively cooperate to ensure a smooth inspection process, giving you greater peace of mind upon receipt of the goods.
