Quality Control System
·Raw Material Inspection
Upon arrival, raw materials undergo verification of MTCs, material grades, and batch information. PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing is conducted as required to ensure compliance with order specifications.
·Production Process Control
Our QC team monitors key production stages—such as forming, welding, and heat treatment using process cards to track status and document inspections at critical points.
· Pre-shipment Quality Inspection
Before shipment, products undergo checks for dimensions, appearance, markings, and packaging. We also arrange testing such as RT, PT, UT, and hydrostatic testing based on project requirements.

Inspection Methods
Upon completion of production, welded pipes undergo various tests to verify weld quality, material properties, and dimensional compliance. MTSCO can arrange the following tests in accordance with standards and order specifications:
·RT (Radiographic Testing)
Used to detect internal weld defects such as lack of fusion, porosity, inclusions, and cracks.
·UT (Ultrasonic Testing)
Uses ultrasonic waves to detect internal discontinuities; suitable for inspecting weld seams and the internal quality of the pipe body.
·PT (Penetrant Testing)
Used to detect surface-breaking defects such as cracks and porosity.
·ET (Eddy Current Testing)
Detects surface and near-surface defects using electromagnetic induction.
·Hydrostatic Test
Verifies the pipe's integrity against leaks or deformation under pressure.
