Nickel Alloy 800H UNS N08810 Welded Pipe Auto Welding ASTM B514
Why Choose MTSCO for Alloy 800H Welded Pipe?
Established in 2006, MTSCO specializes in supplying CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy) piping systems for global engineering projects, equipment manufacturers, and industrial end-users. Our product range includes pipes, tubes, fittings, and flanges made from stainless steel, duplex steel, and nickel alloys.
MTSCO collaborates with the specialized manufacturing facility HUXIN Pipe to produce welded pipes. The factory is equipped with machinery for forming, automatic welding, hydrostatic testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT), as well as a 12-meter-long annealing furnace capable of handling orders for large-diameter and long-length welded pipes. For projects involving industrial furnaces, high-temperature pipelines, and pressure equipment, MTSCO provides comprehensive quality monitoring services from production through to shipment.

Automatic Welding Process
Automatic welding is a critical step in welded pipe production. Compared to manual welding, automatic welding ensures consistent weld bead formation by maintaining stable welding speeds, current, voltage, and torch travel paths. This minimizes human-induced variability, making it ideal for the mass production of welded pipes.
MTSCO employs a combined PAW (Plasma Arc Welding) and GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) process. PAW offers concentrated energy, enhancing weld penetration and stability, while the smooth GTAW process allows for precise control when welding nickel alloys.

Quality Control System
• Raw Material Control
Upon arrival, raw materials undergo verification of MTCs, material grades, specifications, and batch information. PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing is conducted per order requirements to confirm the Alloy 800H material matches procurement specifications.
• In-Production Control
The QC team monitors key processes such as forming, automatic welding, and heat treatment—and records production status via process cards, keeping customers informed of order progress.
• Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before shipment, we inspect dimensions, appearance, weld quality, markings, and packaging. We also arrange tests such as RT, UT, PT, and hydrostatic testing to ensure the products meet all shipping requirements.
Product Advantages
Excellent high-temperature performance; suitable for continuous high-temperature applications such as industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment. l High-consistency automatic welding ensures uniform and continuous weld seams.
Rigorous non-destructive and pressure testing ensure comprehensive quality control.
Large-scale supply capability with a wide range of specifications to meet the needs of major industrial projects.
Application Fields
Alloy 800H (UNS N08810) welded pipe is primarily used in high-temperature industrial equipment and process piping, such as industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, petrochemical plants, pressure equipment, and high-temperature piping systems. This material is suitable for operating conditions involving high temperatures and prolonged continuous equipment operation.
