Alloy 625 pipe:

Alloy 625 is a nickel-based alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. Its main components include nickel, chromium, molybdenum, niobium and titanium, which can maintain good mechanical properties in high temperature environments up to 1000°C. Alloy 625 has excellent chloride corrosion resistance and is particularly suitable for use in seawater, acidic environments and other highly corrosive media. The alloy also has good ability and can be processed by conventional welding methods (such as TIG, MIG welding, etc.), and the welded alloy maintains high strength and corrosion resistance.

Application: Alloy 625 welded pipes are widely used in many high-demand fields, especially in environments that require high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and strength. Common applications include:

Aerospace: used for turbine engines, exhaust systems and other high-stress components.

Chemical processing: used for heat exchangers, reactors, piping systems, etc. in chemical plants, especially in highly corrosive environments.

Marine engineering: Due to its excellent seawater corrosion resistance, alloy 625 is often used in offshore oil drilling equipment and submarine pipelines.

Nuclear energy industry: used for pipes in nuclear reactors and other components that require high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

Factory advantages and features:

Investing in Huxin Pipe, a factory with 36 years of pipe-making expertise, MTSCO has become a highly reliable manufacturer of welded pipes. This strategic partnership ensures the delivery of top-notch welded pipes backed by decades of industry experience.

The welded pipes from MTSCO come in a variety of sizes, with diameters reaching up to 3 meters, and hydrostatically tested pipes available in sizes up to 1.5 meters. This diversity in size caters to a wide range of industrial applications, providing flexibility to meet specific project requirements.

Equipped with state-of-the-art production and inspection equipment, including a CNC bending machine, plate shearing machine, 12m annealing furnaces, pickled pool, ultrasonic eddy current integrated machines, and a physical and chemical lab, MTSCO ensures a comprehensive manufacturing process. The bending machine, with a maximum thickness capacity of 60MM and a length of 12 meters, adds to the precision and versatility of the production process.

To guarantee the quality of the welded pipes, MTSCO has implemented a complete quality control process. Full-time quality inspectors from MTSCO supervise the entire production process before, during, and after manufacturing, with the added assurance of 100% filming of all welded pipes.

Furthermore, MTSCO's commitment to quality is reflected in the attainment of various certificates, including ISO/PED/AD2000 certifications. These certifications underscore the adherence to stringent industry standards, providing clients with confidence in the quality and reliability of MTSCO's welded pipes.

Quality Control Method:

First, secondary inspection of raw materials

Our raw materials come from large factories such as Baosteel, Tisco,TSINGSHAN, Eastern Special Steel... Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements

Second, traceability of the production process

MTSCO welded pipe is mainly formed by rolled plate (RBE) and bending, and the welding adopts PAW+GTAW. The whole process is automatic welding, which makes the welding efficiency increase and the weld seam more full and stable. Huxin's welded pipes have been upgraded in traditional technology, solving the problem of non circular welds in large size welded pipes, and use the 12-meter annealing furnace to make the annealing of the pipe more complete.

Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability.

Third, 100% inspection before shipment

MTSCO has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the pipes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, X-ray test, UT, ET, HT and other tests. Hydrotesting can test pipes with a maximum OD of 630mm, and we also perform 100% X-ray testing of welds.

In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
