What is Auto Welding?
1. High productivity. Automatic submerged arc welding can use a larger current, the arc penetration ability is stronger, the weld depth is large. Submerged arc welding heat concentration, welding speed, productivity than manual arc welding 5-10 times.
2. High and stable welding quality. Welding specifications can be automatically controlled and adjusted to maintain stability. Flux protection effect is good, to prevent air on the molten pool metal. Submerged arc welding weld metal quality is high, stable performance, and beautiful appearance.
3. Save material and power consumption. The arc burns under the flux layer, the heat loss is reduced, and the consumption of electrical energy is reduced.

Nickel Alloy 825 pipe:
Nickel Alloy 825 (UNS N08825) is more than one type of basic wall, contains iron, has a higher amount of iron, is a metal alloy with iron and iron, and has excellent anti-corrosion performance. It has a special long resistance to corrosion by sulfuric acid, nitric acid, nitric acid and various other organic acids, and at the same time has a strong resistance to corrosion. Due to its fixed steel content (approximately 38%-46%), the alloy still retains its ability under high temperature and strong corrosion environments, giving it excellent mechanical performance and resistance to corrosion. In addition, the alloy has the added strength of the copper element, which increases its strength and has corrosion resistance due to its physical properties, so that it can be added to the metal to prevent corrosion during contact with the raw crystals. Quality Control Method:
First, secondary inspection of raw materials
Our raw materials come from large factories such as Baosteel, Tisco,TSINGSHAN, Eastern Special Steel... Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements
Second, traceability of the production process
MTSCO welded pipe is mainly formed by rolled plate (RBE) and bending, and the welding adopts PAW+GTAW. The whole process is automatic welding, which makes the welding efficiency increase and the weld seam more full and stable. Huxin's welded pipes have been upgraded in traditional technology, solving the problem of non circular welds in large size welded pipes, and use the 12-meter annealing furnace to make the annealing of the pipe more complete.
Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Third, 100% inspection before shipment
MTSCO has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the pipes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, X-ray test, UT, ET, HT and other tests. Hydrotesting can test pipes with a maximum OD of 630mm, and we also perform 100% X-ray testing of welds.
In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
