Production and Inspection Traceability
MTSCO has established a rigorous traceability system for production and inspection. From the arrival of raw steel strip at the plant, through each stage of cold forming, fully automated welding, and non-destructive testing, to the final container loading for ocean freight, the entire process is tracked using production process cards to ensure closed-loop traceability. The quality inspection team photographs and documents key stages. MTSCO ensures that the ink-coded markings on every finished instrument tube perfectly match the factory-issued Material Certificate of Quality (MTC), providing global EPC contractors with a highly transparent, digital quality traceability experience.
How Do We Control Quality at Every Stage of Production?
· Secondary Raw Material Inspection: We strictly source high-quality stainless steel strips from leading steel mills such as Qing Shan. Upon arrival, our quality inspection team conducts 100% PMI re-inspection and verifies the original manufacturer’s quality certificate (MTC) to ensure full compliance with material chemical composition requirements from the source.
· Digital Process Monitoring: On-site quality inspectors use production process cards to document all core process stages, ensuring closed-loop production data and complete traceability throughout the entire manufacturing process.
· 100% Non-Destructive Testing Before Shipment: All precision instrument tubes must pass 100% online eddy current testing and hydrostatic testing before delivery. We use objective non-destructive testing data to comprehensively verify the pressure integrity of the tubing. MTSCO ensures that products delivered to project sites are defect-free.
